HaU Traditions
General Body Retreats
Typically done in the Fall and Spring. The purpose of Retreats is to provide a bonding experience for the chapter, building hermandad. HaU Prop Sessions are typically done at Retreats
Wine and Cheese
Hosted by HaU Alumni. It is an opportunity for Alumni to network with one another and chapter members who are over 21.
Rookie Night
Hosted by hermanas for new members of the chapter. The purpose of Rookie Night is to welcome new hermanas. Rookie Night consists of a dinner hosted by the chapter, new hermana recognition, and a scavenger hunt where new hermanas begin to create bonds.
End of the Year Banquet
Recognizes the accomplishments of the academic year. The banquet program consists of recognition of the outgoing and incoming Steering Committee, presentation of the Pillar Awards which are voted on by the chapter members, and the Rookie and Senior Perspective speeches

Birthday Dinner
To celebrate every Hermanas Birthday. We host one Birthday Dinner per semester.
Secret Lover Week & Dinner
In February, Hermanas receive secret valentines from another Hermana throughout the week w/ dinner at the end of the week and reveal their "secret admirer".
Veterana Night
An event that consists of a dinner that honors the hermanas who have gone through Rookie Night the previous year. It is planned and hosted by the Rookies for our Veteranas.
Grad Sunrise and Breakfast
For graduating Hermanas to last-minute bond with the other Hermanas before they leave.
